PONZ – Chief Executive Officer of Haach, is leading the company’s overall business strategy. On top of her capacity as CEO, she also personally heads various departments such as: Sales & Marketing, Communication & Creative Dept; Corporate Branding & Public Relation Dept; Business Development & Special Projects Dept; Education & Training Dept of the various business divisions.
PONZ is also responsible for the establishment of a number of new and innovative companies that provide additional strength to the business as well as the Haach Master Brand.
PONZ is the pioneer Brand Ambassador for Haach, she has played an instrumental role in steering the company’s corporate branding, marketing & communication channels. Among her many contributions, PONZ have conceptualized Haach’s master branding strategies and spearheaded Haach’s relationship marketing programs.
PONZ was awarded as one of the winners for the Singapore Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2003, jointly organized by the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Rotary Club of Singapore, recognizing her outstanding contributions made by successful entrepreneurs of Singaporean companies.
PONZ was further recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit with the nominations as the nominee for the International Young Chinese Entrepreneur Award 2003 organized by Yazhou Zhoukan as well as the Spirit of Enterprise Award 2003.
PONZ is also one of the Honored Distinguished People in the year 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 by the Singapore Tatler’s Society Top 300 Distinguished People’s List, as well as by The Peak’s Third Edition of The People.
PONZ graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics and began her career as a Quantity Surveyor in the building industry in 1996.
PONZ established HAACH together with her siblings in October 1997. To better understand and manage her new venture in the business of Total Lifestyle Wellness, she pursued and obtained a Diploma from Switzerland’s Cidesco International in 1998, an internationally renowned Wellness, Spa and Beauty Therapy Institution.
PONZ started her career as a Therapist and worked her way up to a Manager while concurrently in-charged of the company’s Corporate Branding & Public Relation Dept; Sales & Marketing, Communication & Creative Dept; Business Development & Special Projects Dept before progressing to the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2003.
PONZ also led HAACH to achieve a number of Prestigious Awards in the Industry.
PONZ on a personal level, in addition to being a familiar figure with the Media in the Business, Wellness and Fashion arena, she is also a member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI); the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME); the Singapore Enterprise 50 Club (E50); the Yen Leng Goh Clan General Association (YLGC) and a member of the Young People’s Action Party (YPAP) of Teck Ghee Branch and the Patron of the Nee Soon Group Representation Constituency (GRC) Chong Pang Constituency’s Sports Club.
